You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided with your call details and a calendar invite.

Discovery call with Sabrina or Michael
A focused 30-minute conversation to understand your operational challenges, goals, and where we can make the most impact. Come ready to talk about what's not working and what success looks like.
At your scheduled time

Customized proposal & SOW
Based on your call, we'll prepare a tailored Statement of Work outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, and fee for your specific engagement — project-based or retainer.
Within 2–3 business days of your call

Review & sign your agreement
You'll receive a PandaDoc link to review and e-sign your Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work. No printing required.
At your convenience

Kickoff payment & project launch
Once your agreement is signed, you'll receive your first invoice. Project-based engagements require 50% upfront. Retainer clients pay the full quarter upfront. Work begins upon receipt of payment.
Upon agreement execution

Access your client portal
Once onboarded, you'll have access to your personal client portal to track project phases, view and sign documents, and manage payments — all in one place.
